History
Bill
and Becki Thomas founded Seacoast Scaffold & Equipment in
1988. Their first office was in the basement of their home,
and initially, they worked together with limited equipment on
smaller scaffold jobs. Today, the company has two offices in
South Portland, ME and Concord, NH, maintains over $2 million
in equipment inventory and employs 26 full time people. . A
second office was opened in Concord, NH in 1997, and crane service
was added to the list of Seacoast's specialties in 1998. The
road from the basement to two states has been paved through
commitment to carefully managed growth.
Seacoast
Scaffold & Equipment's focus has gone from supplying small
contractors with equipment to rental, sales, erection and dismantling
projects for commercial, paper mills, military, demolition and
abatement projects. Additionally, the company offers a fleet
of 3 National 17.5 ton boom trucks with 134' cranes, and is
soon to begin offering safety training programs for OSHA Compliance
training.

customers, located throughout New England.

in planning, engineering, erecting and dismantling staging for

a focus and commitment to complete safety, Seacoast Scaffold
& Equipment Corp. offers economical answers through the
sales and rental of scaffold equipment, erection & dismantle
services, crane services and safety training. Further, it is
the mission of Seacoast Scaffold & Equipment Corp. to complete
every project on-time and on-budget, exceeding the expectations
of our customers.
